Option #2: iLearn Course Migration Request

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY **

Please note the following before placing your request:
  • iLearn will be upgraded to version 2.6 in mid-June.  Details on system enhancements will be posted in iLearn prior to the upgrade.
  • Once a course is transitioned to iLearn and the semester begins, you will not be able to revert back to using the Educator eLearning System.
  • Currently, we are migrating courses that will be run in the Summer 2009 (including Spring II) semester.
  • Migration requests may take up to 10 business days to process.

In order to complete the request form, make sure you have:
  1. The exact Course ID, including section number and semester, of the course(s) in Educator you wish to migrate (e.g. COM101L256Spring08).
  2. Taken/registered for an Introduction to iLearn workshop offered by the Center for Teaching Excellence.  Although optional, faculty have reported that this workshop reduced their overall preparation time and resulted in a more positive student experience.  Register on the CTE web site.
  3. Reviewed the Course Migration Service Description to understand what you will receive once your course is migrated.
