IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY **
Please note the following before placing your request:
- Once a course is transitioned to iLearn and the
semester begins, you will not
be able to revert back to using the Educator eLearning
System.
- Currently, we are only migrating courses that will be
run in the Fall 2008
semester (request submission deadline: 8/25/08).
- Migration requests will take 5-7 business days to
process.
In order to
complete the request form, make
sure you have:
- The exact
Course ID, including section number and semester, of the
course(s) in Educator
you wish to migrate (e.g. COM101L256Spring08).
- Registered for an Introduction to iLearn
workshop offered by the Center for Teaching Excellence.
Although this is optional, faculty have reported that this
workshop reduced their overall preparation time and resulted in a more
positive student experience. Register on the CTE web site.
- Reviewed the Course Migration Service Description to understand what you will receive once your course
is migrated.
