The Foy Townhouses
 

When Foy left the Presidency of Marist College, a series of townhouses were in the long range plan, but had neither been financed nor designed.  This first of President Murray's many construction projects was competed in 1982.  Recently refurbished in 2003, the Townhouses currently accommodate 210 upper class students in three buildings overlooking the Hudson River.  The dedication ceremony took place on Saturday, 11 October 2003 during Alumni Weekend.
