Witnesseth that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United State, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, all All that portion of Parcel B of those lands situate in the Town of Esopus, County of Ulster, and State of New York which were conveyed to Peter Brill from the Small Business Administration by deed dated October 29, 1980 and recorded in the Ulster County Clerk's Liber 1438 of deeds at page 88, that are bounded and describe as follows: Commencing at a point in the centerline line of West Park Road, which said point marks the intersection of the westerly boundary line of Parcel B aforesaid and the easterly boundary line of lands now or formerly of Freer with the said centerline of West Park Road, as described in the above referenced conveyance to Peter Brill thence southerly along said center line. South
09º - 47' - 00" West a distance 45.72 feet; to the actual point of beginning. From said point of beginning North 20° - 14' - 00" East a distance of 435.88 feet; Thence easterly and northerly through lands now or formerly of Brill South 69°-00'-00" East
a distance of 2305.71 feet; and to the southerly boundary line of lands now or formerly of
Kataski; South 66°-06'.-00" East
a distance of 38.97 feet; Thence southerly, westerly, southerly, and westerly through lands now or formerly belonging to Brill, the following courses and distances: South 23°-07'-00" West
a distance of 1260.13 feet; to the center line of the first mentioned West Park Road; thence northerly along said road center line North 08°-24'-50" West a distance of 271.08 feet; to the point of beginning, containing 50 acres, more or less. Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns fo the party of the second part forever. And
the party of the first part covenants as follows: The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires. In Witness Whereof, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written. signed Peter Brill
