THIS INDENTURE, made the 13th day of December, nineteen hundred and ninety-four. BETWEEN ROBERT C. RICHTER, JR. and THERESA V. RICHTER, His wife, residing
at Route 9W, Box 215, Esopus, Nee York 12429 party of the first part, and KATHY WEITZE, residing at PO Box 215, Route
9W, Esopus, New York 12429 party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States, and for other good and valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and

upkeep of the driveway shall be shared equally by the parties as said expense is incurred.
