This Indenture, made the 31st day of March one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, between John MacFarlane, individually and as Executor of the Estate of Georgia B. BEATTY, also known as Georgie B. Beatty, deceased, residing at $404 West 115th Street, Manhattan, New York City, State of New York party of the first part, and Marcus William HULME, residing at #6517 Britton Avenue, Elmhurst,  Long Island, N. Y.., Queens County, State of New York, party of the second part

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten ($10.00) dollars lawful money of the Unites States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs, administrators, successors and assigns forever,

ALL the properties located at Esopus and West Park, Town of Esopus, County of Ulster, State of New York, extending from boundary lines north and south and funning from the river to Road now known as Road U.S. 9-W, but not west thereof.

This deed is given to the grantee in order to confirm title to that portion of the land hereinabove described contained in a deed dated January 26th, 1948, between Georgie Breck Beatty to Marcus William Hulme, which deed wad duly filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Ulster on May 31, 1947.

Reserving to the grantor, however, all property extending from boundary lines north and south and lying west of the present Road U.S. 9-W. t

together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, his heirs, administrators, successors and assigns forever.
