| Rhoda Beaver releases her dower rights |
| To all to whom these presents
shall come Rhoda Beaver of the town of Esopus in the County of
Ulster and state of New York, Relict of John Beaver late of the said
town of Esopus deceased in consideration of One Dollar to her paid by
the within named Philip Gandy and George Greaves of Bloomfield state of
New Jersey at or before the execution of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledge and for divers other good causes, and
considerations, her thereunto moving, Hath remised released and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents doth for herself her heirs, executors
and administrators remise release and forever quit claim unto the said
Philip Gandy and George Greaves, their heirs and assigns, all the Dower
and right and title of Dower annuity and other the estate right title
interest claim and demand whatsoever both at law and in equity of the
said Rhoda Beaver which she now hath or which she her heirs executors or
administrators, can or may at any time hereafter have claim or demand
of, in to or out of all and singular the land and premises by the
written indenture conveyed or mentioned or intended so to be or their
appurtenances, or any part thereof, so that she the said Rhoda Beaver
her heirs, executors, and administrators, or any of them shall not nor
will at any time hereafter have claim or pretend to any such dower
annuity or right or title of Dower or annuity or other estate right
title or interest pretence claim or demand as aforesaid of in to or out
of the said premises, or any part thereof, shall and will be from
