| This deed refers to the Russell property now owned by the Christian Brothers about a mile south of the Payne property |

This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two between Archibald Russell of New York of the first part and Eleazar Gidney of Ulster County in said State of the second part
All that certain piece of parcel of land
and all his right title interest to the same bounded on the west
by the center of the highway leading from Kingston to Newburgh on the
north by a line running from the Centre of said highway through a
hickory tree to an Oak tree marked thence southerly to a cedar tree in
or near the division line of old lot No 8 thence along said division lin Together
with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining. To have and
to hold all & singular the above mentioned and described premises
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In witness Whereof the
said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand & seal the
day above written. Ulster County
