Official Payne Survey of 1910

This is the survey of the Payne property completed March 1910 by John Ogden.  No owner name is noted on the survey, indicating that there was still secrecy associated with the transactions.

This map was discovered among the papers held by the Marist Brothers during a visit to the Esopus property by Richard Foy in 2004.  The shape of the property reinforces the outline contained in the sketch derived from the deeds themselves.
